Stories from practice

Stories from practice are a main form of storytelling, which is also used as documentation in LegeKunst. Stories from practice about central and selected episodes or excerpts from daily life in the day care centre can help us to learn more about practice. Through stories we can better share, understand, relate to, communicate, develop and document small everyday situations as the small glimpses they are, or as parts of the bigger story.

We have chosen to work with stories as a pedagogical framework as a meaningful way to reflect on our own practice and, in this context, to focus on how the artistic activities affect the children and daily life. The stories are based on your own everyday life and are written or told in your everyday language.

On this page you will soon find a lot of stories from the daily life of the institutions.
