Consent declarations in LegeKunst

When you document the PlayArt programme with photographic, video or audio material of children and participants in the programme, it is important to secure everyone's consent to use the material in the PlayArt context. Therefore, LegeKunst has prepared a declaration of consent for all actors in the project - one for children, to be signed by the child's parents, and for adults, for example educational staff, students and artists. The consent forms can be downloaded below by clicking on the icon and saving the file to your computer.

The consent forms for the children are available in Danish, English and Arabic.
